Important Vitamins For Every Member Of Your Family
Here is a breakdown of important vitamins for your entire family. The 'birth to 18 years' recommendations are by Dr. Linda Rodriguez, Pediatric Physician for 27 years. These are only recommendations for overall health - they are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any diseases. Of course, if you have any questions, ask your doctor or nutritionist. I'm sure that they will agree with these recommended important vitamins. Below Age 6 Months Most of baby's nutrition will come directly from Mom's milk or fortified formula. Most of these things will be added when baby starts on solid foods. ***DO NOT go over the recommended amounts for Iron.
