Also, scroll down and get the book, Fertility, Cycles & Nutrition by Marilyn Shannon. It is only about $10.

It is a wonderfully informative book about how your nutrition effects your cycles. I highly recommend it!

And...I don't know about you...but, I would rather spend money on great book instead of shipping! :o)

Then, all you need is a Basal Digital Thermometer ($10), also available at Amazon.

And, the "Daily Observation Charts (4th ed)" ($2.50). Grab the yellow ones, available at the CCL website.

Total: about $42.50 + tax and any S&H.

You will be missing out on the Couple to Couple League's study course bonuses. But, you can save a good amount of money this way - and you will have everything you need!

Please keep in mind - individual results may vary. If you always record your fertility signs, and stick with the book's conservative rules, you have a 99% chance at avoiding pregnancy.
